How to Make Summer De-Bloating Smoothie?



Ingredients
  • For 1 serving,
    • 1 cup frozen pineapple(245 g)
    • 1 frozen banana
    • ¼ english cucumber, cubed
    • 1 tablespoon pure matcha powder
    • 1 ginger root, 1 inch (2 1/2 cm) piece
    • 1 ¼ cups coconut water(300 mL)

Method
  • Put all ingredients into a blender.
  • Mix until smooth. Add more coconut water as needed. For a thicker consistency, add more ice.
  • Enjoy!
