Ingredients
Method
- For 1 serving,
- 2 cups frozen pitaya(330 g)
- 1 cup frozen mango(165 g)
- 6 frozen strawberries
- ½ fresh banana
- 1 ½ cups milk of choice(360 mL)
- 1 fresh kiwi
- 1 cup fresh mangoes(165 g), diced
- ½ cup shredded coconut(50 g)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Method
- In a blender, add frozen pitaya, frozen mango, frozen strawberries, and fresh banana. Add milk of choice and blend until texture is a soft-serve consistency.
- Pour smoothie into bowl and add fresh kiwi, mango, coconut, and chia seeds on top.
- Enjoy!
