How to Make Healthy Smoothie Bowl: Pitaya Bowl: Berry Delicious?



Ingredients
  • For 1 serving,
    • 2 cups frozen pitaya(330 g)
    • 1 cup frozen mango(165 g)
    • 6 frozen strawberries
    • ½ fresh banana
    • 1 ½ cups milk of choice(360 mL)
    • 5 fresh strawberries
    • ⅓ cup fresh blueberries(35 g)
    • ½ cup shredded coconut(50 g)
    • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Method
  • In a blender, add frozen pitaya, frozen mango, frozen strawberries, and fresh banana. Add milk of choice and blend until texture is a soft-serve consistency.
  • Pour smoothie into bowl and add fresh strawberries, blueberries, coconut, and chia seeds on top.
  • Enjoy!
