Method
- For 8 servings,
- 2 cups steel-cut oat(200 g)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup maple syrup(55 g)
- 4 apples, peeled, cored, cut into ½-inch (1-cm) pieces
- 3 cups water(710 mL)
- 3 cups milk(710 mL), or milk alternative
- chopped nut, to serve
Method
- Add steel-cut oats, cinnamon, salt, maple syrup, apples, water, and milk to a greased slow cooker.
- Stir then cover.
- Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
- Carefully remove lid and serve with chopped nuts.
- Enjoy!
