How to Make Apple Cinnamon Steel-cut Oatmeal?

 



Ingredients
  • For 8 servings,
    • 2 cups steel-cut oat(200 g)
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • ¼ cup maple syrup(55 g)
    • 4 apples, peeled, cored, cut into ½-inch (1-cm) pieces
    • 3 cups water(710 mL)
    • 3 cups milk(710 mL), or milk alternative
    • chopped nut, to serve

Method
  • Add steel-cut oats, cinnamon, salt, maple syrup, apples, water, and milk to a greased slow cooker.
  • Stir then cover.
  • Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
  • Carefully remove lid and serve with chopped nuts.
  • Enjoy!
