How to Make Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate?

 



Ingredients
  • For 2 servings,
    • 1 ¾ cups whole milk(400 mL)
    • ¾ cup dark chocolate(100 g)
    • 1 tablespoon caramel
    • ½ teaspoon sea salt

  • Garnish
    • whipped cream, to taste
    • caramel sauce, to taste
    • ½ cup dark chocolate shard(80 g), to taste

Method
  • Gently heat the milk in a saucepan over a medium heat.
  • Stir in the dark chocolate, caramel, and sea salt.
  • Take off the heat and pour into a tall glass.
  • Top with whipped cream, caramel sauce, and dark chocolate shards.
  • Enjoy!
