How to Make Rosé And Berry Gummies?



Ingredients
  • For 12 servings,
    • 1 cup rosé wine(240 mL)
    • 1 ½ oz gelatin powder(40 g)
    • ½ cup sugar(100 g)
    • strawberry, diced, optional
    • blueberry, optional
    • rasberry, optional

Method
  • Heat wine in a microwave-safe container for 1 minute, or until hot.
  • Mix sugar and gelatin into the wine and stir with a whisk until dissolved.
  • Pour mixture into molds. Add fruit if desired.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Enjoy!
