How to Make Healthy Breakfast Smoothie?

 



Ingredients
  • For 1 serving,
    • Ice
      • kiwi
      • strawberry
      • ½ cup oat milk(120 mL), or milk of choice
      • 1 cup fresh spinach(40 g)

Method
  • Add the ice, kiwis, strawberries, oat milk, and spinach to a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Enjoy!
