How to Make Cilantro-Lime Chicken And Rice Bowl?

 



Ingredients
  • For 1 serving,
    • ¾ cup brown rice(195 g), cooked
    • ½ cup rotisserie chicken(60 g), shredded
    • 1 cup vegetable(225 g), roasted
    • ¼ cup pico de gallo(45 g)
    • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
    • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
    • 1 wedge lime

Method
  • Place the brown rice, shredded chicken, roasted vegetables, pico de gallo, and yogurt in a bowl or resealable container. Garnish with chopped cilantro and the lime wedge.
  • Enjoy!
